  1. The average is 2.08* times the median. The 33 franchises averaged $658,605 of 2025 gross revenue and the median was $316,633. The top quartile’s lowest figure, $1,173,635, is higher than the system average.
  2. Revenue and weekly accounts differ by similar multiples between the top and bottom quartiles. The top quartile averaged $1,751,249 on 581 weekly accounts and the bottom quartile $102,170 on 33: 17.1* times the revenue and 17.6* times the accounts.
  3. The third quartile had the highest gross revenue per weekly account, $4,190*. The top quartile had $3,014*, the second $3,779* and the fourth $3,096*. These divide each quartile’s average revenue by its average weekly accounts; Item 19 revenue includes repairs and other sales as well as weekly service.

How Averan works with Premier Pool Service franchise owners

Everything above came out of a filing. Doing it on your own numbers means the books have to produce the same lines: sales, wages, occupancy, fees and what is left, by location, every month. That is the work.

  1. The call takes thirty minutesYou describe the business and where the numbers are letting you down. We give you an expert view of your situation, and what we would start with. There is no pitch deck.
  2. We look at the fileYou give us read access to the books as they are. We come back with what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether the answer is bookkeeping, controller work, or something else.
  3. We send a written scope and a priceIt lists what we do each month, what you get, the date it lands and the fee. We agree it before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree.
  4. We take over the books and close the first monthWe set up access and systems and enter the opening balances. The first close lands on the date in the scope, and every one after it does too.
