The second-year figure is 1.89 times the first*, across different groups. The lowest business averaged $6,923 a month in months 0 to 12 and $24,840 in months 12 to 24.
Growth from 2024 to 2025 averaged 130% across 53 US businesses, and the median was 57%. The top quarter averaged 407% and the highest business 855%. The bottom quarter averaged -22%, and its highest rate was -2%, so all 13 businesses in it had lower gross sales in 2025 than in 2024. The lowest was -58%. Thirteen of the 53 reached the 130% average.
The quarters in each table are ranked on that table’s own measure. A business in the top quarter for gross sales may sit in a different quarter for client count, sales per client or growth.
Brand charges
Brand charges
| Charge | Rate in the FDD | A year at $671,949* | Share of sales* |
|---|---|---|---|
| Royalty | 6% of gross sales, 2.5% on approved subcontractor work, subject to an annual minimum | $40,317 | 6.00% |

| Paid to the brand | $57,668 | 8.58% | |

Averan calculation at 6%, 2% and 1% of $671,949 plus 12 months of the one-user technology fee. Item 5 and Item 7 give the technology fee as $326 a month for one user; the Item 6 table gives $285 a month per user license for the primary software, with a cap of $500 a month per user.
The minimum royalty is set per territory for each calendar year from the second year. It is $6,000 in the second year for an agreement signed January to May, or $3,000 for one signed June to December; $9,000 in the third year; $11,250 in the fourth; $15,526 in the fifth through eighth; and $22,500 in the ninth and tenth. Any shortfall against 6% of gross sales is paid by 31 December.
A 6% royalty equals the $15,526 minimum at $258,767 of gross sales and the $22,500 minimum at $375,000*. In 2025 the bottom quarter of US businesses averaged $337,734 and the lowest business $212,430. The minimum applies to each territory a business holds.
Other charges apply in some cases. A referral fee is currently 10% of the gross sales from a referred client, capped at 15%. The FDD lists promotional programs of up to 2% of gross sales, an annual conference fee of $1,500 to $2,000, and bookkeeping charges if the franchisor requires its designated provider. The franchisor recommends, without requiring it, local marketing of the greater of $1,500 a month or 5% of gross sales.

The other lines are office equipment, signage, telephone, vehicle wrap, optional storage deposit, branding and marketing materials, training travel, licenses and permits, uniforms, the marketing set-up fee and professional fees; their total is an Averan calculation from the Item 7 table.
The equipment line runs from $19,865 to $97,060 because the two ends assume different ways of acquiring it. The low end is the down payment and first three months under a lease, which the FDD treats as the standard offer. The high end is the price of buying the required equipment outright.
The cover page states that $76,788 to $94,471 of the total is paid to the franchisor or an affiliate. A second territory costs $40,000, a third $35,000 and each further territory $30,000. The FDD puts the total for two to ten territories at $223,544 to $604,312.
The typical time from signing to opening is four months. If a business has not opened by then and the franchisor extends the deadline, a non-development fee of $2,500 a month applies. The franchisor expects owners to start from a home office.
