Source: Item 19, Part I. Revenue is gross revenue reported by franchisees and not audited by the franchisor. The rows marked * are Averan’s weighted averages of the tenure groups (each group’s average times its count, divided by the total count); Item 19 does not print an average for all 92 or all 46.
The 72 unaffiliated US franchisees operating more than 72 months averaged $3,700,612 in 2025. Their median was $2,620,872. They are 78.3%* of the 92 unaffiliated US franchisees. Across all 92, Averan’s weighted average is $3,146,676*.
The 46 businesses owned by the franchisor’s affiliate are reported in a separate table. These belong to 604816 LLC (called DBA in the FDD), a joint venture in which the franchisor’s affiliate Flywheel holds a minority position. The 39 DBA businesses operating more than 72 months averaged $6,444,567, with a median of $5,284,988.
Item 19 says the average US outlet holds 23 subterritories. The fewest owned is 5, the most 89, and the median 20. A new franchise starts with at least eight. Item 19 also prints per-subterritory columns, but in the first two tenure groups those columns repeat the per-franchisee figures, which does not fit the stated subterritory counts, so this page does not use them.
System revenue was $660,827,609 in 2025, up 23.0% on 2024. That total covers franchised businesses in the US, Canada and Australia, converted to US dollars. It was $537,460,900 in 2024 (up 2.3%) and $525,190,289 in 2023. US businesses accounted for $588,680,112 of the 2025 total.
Revenue is not profit. Item 19 states that its figures do not reflect cost of sales or operating expenses. The FDD publishes no profit, wage or rent figures for franchisees.

Source: Item 19, Part I. The seven counts add to the 92 unaffiliated franchisees. Revenue of a franchise transferred during the year combines both owners. The total row average is Averan’s weighted average.
Each row is a different set of businesses, not one business over time. The table shows 2025 revenue for franchisees grouped by how long they had operated. Twenty of the 92 had operated 72 months or less.
Medians run from $260,541 under 12 months to $870,404 at 60 to 72 months, and $2,620,872 past 72 months. The groups below 72 months hold one to six franchisees each.
In the 36 to 48 month and 48 to 60 month groups, the average is more than double the median*. The 36 to 48 month group averages $1,946,893 with a median of $561,477, and its highest is $8,750,292. The 48 to 60 month group averages $1,962,546 with a median of $766,106, and its highest is $4,838,989. In groups of three to six, one business can move the average.
Within the over 72 month group, the highest franchisee billed $11,441,048 and the lowest $615,192. Item 19 does not give the number of subterritories or trucks behind either figure.

The band table mixes franchised and affiliate-owned businesses. Item 19 does not split the bands by owner type, so the share of the 92 unaffiliated franchisees over $1,000,000 is not disclosed.
Canada and Australia are franchised by affiliated companies. Rubbish Boys franchises the brand in Canada and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? (Australia) Pty Ltd in Australia. Item 19 includes them in this table and in the system total.

| Annual conference | $1,500 to $2,000 plus attendance costs | $1,500 (low end) |
| Minimum royalty | $1,200 to $4,000 a year for each subterritory, by year of operation | Applies when royalties paid fall short |
| Branding cooperative | Up to 5% of gross revenue, if one is formed | Not included |
| Payment processor fee | 0.12% of each transaction, if using the preferred vendor | Not included |
| Transfer fee / renewal fee | $10,000 / $7,500 | Not included |
| Paid to the brand: royalty, fee and conference* | $593,598* (16.04%*) |
Source: Item 6 fee table and notes, Item 7 note 7, Item 11 (local advertising). The last column multiplies each percentage by $3,700,612. Without local advertising, the charges paid to the brand are 16%* of gross revenue plus the conference fee. Specified dollar amounts may rise each year with the Consumer Price Index.
The royalty and the Sales, Marketing and Technology Fee are 8% of gross revenue each. Together they are 16%*, or $592,098* a year at the $3,700,612 average and $419,340* at the $2,620,872 median. Item 6 says the fee pays for the Sales Center and CRM System, advertising, loyalty and gift card programs, and National Account Customers.
Local advertising is a separate required spend. The franchisee must spend at least 8% of gross revenue each quarter on local advertising and promotion, in addition to the Sales, Marketing and Technology Fee. A branding cooperative, if formed, can charge up to 5% of gross revenue, which may be credited toward local marketing.
The minimum royalty is measured on each subterritory on its own. It is $1,200 in the first calendar year, $1,900 in the second, $2,500 in the third, $3,200 in the fourth and $4,000 in the fifth. For eight subterritories in year five that is $32,000*, which equals 8% of $400,000* of gross revenue. Each subterritory has to produce $50,000* of gross revenue for its 8% royalty to reach $4,000. Revenue in one subterritory does not count toward another’s minimum.
The minimum royalty rises by at least 10% on renewal. The renewal fee is $7,500 and the transfer fee is $10,000.

Source: Item 7 table and notes. The cover page says $90,000 to $122,500 of the total is paid to the franchisor or its affiliate (the initial fee plus the Initial Marketing Expense).
The initial fee is $8,125 a subterritory, with a minimum of eight. That is $65,000 for eight and $97,500 for twelve. In 2025 the franchisor sold three franchises, with initial fees from $50,000 to $81,250. Up to half of the fee for multiple subterritories may be paid in installments over up to 24 months, at the franchisor’s discretion.
The franchisee must run at least two trucks from the start. Item 7 estimates a truck at $77,750 for gasoline or $82,700 for diesel, including a dump body at about $25,100. The low figure assumes a lease or financing; the high figure assumes 20% down on a purchase.
The $25,000 Initial Marketing Expense is paid to the franchisor at signing. The franchisor spends it in the franchisee’s area before and during the first six months. It is in addition to the required local marketing.
Item 11 puts the typical time from signing to opening at 6 to 11 weeks. Each subterritory is an area of 62,500 to 75,000 people, and the territory is not exclusive with respect to the franchisor’s national accounts.
The FDD carries a state-required risk note about the franchisor’s finances. It says the franchisor’s financial condition, as shown in its Item 21 statements, calls into question its ability to provide services and support.

Affiliate-owned businesses rose from 8 at the start of 2023 to 46 at the end of 2025. Table 4 shows 1 opened, 14 acquired from franchisees and 11 closed in 2025. Its footnotes say several acquired locations were merged into existing affiliate locations.
The total fell from 149 at the end of 2023 to 138 at the end of 2025. At the end of 2025 there were no signed agreements for businesses not yet open. The franchisor projects one new franchised business and up to two affiliate-owned businesses in 2026.
Sixteen franchised businesses changed owners in 2025. That compares with three in 2024 and fourteen in 2023.
