  1. The 27 reporting franchisees averaged $889,117 of gross revenue in 2025, and the median was $432,106. The median is 48.6%* of the average. Eight of the 27, or 30% as printed, were at or above the average.
  2. The average gross profit percentage was 44% for all 27 franchisees. The same 44% is printed for the two company-owned businesses, the group open more than three years, the group open one to three years and the group that bought existing accounts. The multiple-territory group printed 47%.
  3. Franchisees open more than three years averaged $1,617,213, which is 5.3 times* the $306,640 average of those open one to three years. Average gross margin was $739,762 in the older group and $140,564 in the younger group.
  4. Four franchisees that began by buying existing customer accounts from a company-owned location averaged $2,395,042. Their lowest revenue was $1,338,907. All four are also in the group open more than three years.
  5. The monthly minimum royalty rises to $2,000 from month 25. That is $24,000* a year, which equals 5.5% of $436,364* of revenue. Below that revenue, the minimum is larger than the percentage royalty.

How Averan works with Corporate Cleaning Group franchise owners

Everything above came out of a filing. Doing it on your own numbers means the books have to produce the same lines: sales, wages, occupancy, fees and what is left, by location, every month. That is the work.

  1. The call takes thirty minutesYou describe the business and where the numbers are letting you down. We give you an expert view of your situation, and what we would start with. There is no pitch deck.
  2. We look at the fileYou give us read access to the books as they are. We come back with what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether the answer is bookkeeping, controller work, or something else.
  3. We send a written scope and a priceIt lists what we do each month, what you get, the date it lands and the fee. We agree it before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree.
  4. We take over the books and close the first monthWe set up access and systems and enter the opening balances. The first close lands on the date in the scope, and every one after it does too.
