As filed, except the rent share, which divides average rent by the $1,379,192 average revenue, marked *. The FDD prints the lowest payroll as “$258.358”; the figure here reads the point as a comma, marked *. Two locations belonging to one two-territory owner are left out of the cost of goods and payroll dollar tables; the FDD states that their figures included atypical items.
Cost of goods sold averaged $519,968, or 37.7% of gross revenue, across 9 locations. It covers components and finished products, inbound freight and taxes. The franchisee buys the beds, cabinets, closet components, hardware and mattresses from the franchisor, its affiliate MSP Manufacturing or a supplier the franchisor designates. In 2025 the affiliate’s sales to franchisees were $4,899,922, which was 96.3% of its revenue.
Payroll, excluding owner pay, averaged $401,963 across 9 locations and 29.1% of gross revenue across 11. The share ran from 26.6% to 33.5%. The FDD notes that not all payroll moves with revenue.
The three average shares add to 73.3%* of gross revenue. Cost of goods is 37.7%, payroll 29.1% and rent 6.5%*. They are averages of groups that differ, not one location’s results, and Item 19 does not report the royalty, advertising, vehicles, insurance, utilities, owner pay or profit.
The average location had 7.7 full-time equivalent staff, owners included. That is 4.1 installers, 2.1 sales designers, 1.4 administrative and 0.1 warehouse. Total staff ranged from 5.0 to 11.5, with a median of 7.5.

Franchisee totals as filed. Per territory divides each total by its territories, and the total row adds the five, marked *. For the four two-territory franchisees the FDD reports an average of $2,585,651* (printed “$2,585.651”; the four totals divided by four give the same figure), a median of $2,654,728, and 2 of 4 (50.0%) above the average.
Item 19 does not split the locations into bands. It lists the 2025 gross revenue of each of the five franchisees behind the 11 locations: one owns three territories and four own two.
The location figures in Table 1 match the franchisee totals divided by territories. The highest location figure, $1,610,235, is the three-territory total divided by three*. The lowest, $937,186, and the median, $1,414,933, are two-territory totals divided by two*. Seven locations are above the average: the three territories of the highest franchisee and the two territories of each of the next two.
The five totals add to $15,173,309*, which is $1,379,392* across 11 locations. That is $200* more than the filed average of $1,379,192. The page uses the filed average.
Two territories can share one showroom if they are contiguous. Item 12 allows one showroom for up to three contiguous territories and two for four or five. The FDD does not say how many showrooms the five franchisees operate.

Rates and amounts as filed. The dollar columns apply them for a full year to the lowest, average and highest 2025 location figures, for one territory with one CAD key, marked *. Local advertising is money the franchisee must spend on approved advertising, not a fee paid to the franchisor. Email accounts at $7 to $10 a month are left out.
The royalty is 5% of gross revenues, with a minimum of $125 a week. It is debited each Monday for the week ending the Saturday before. The minimum is $6,500* a year, which equals 5% of $130,000* of revenue.
The national advertising contribution is currently $75 a week for each territory. The franchisor may raise it, but not above 1% of weekly gross revenues and not in the first year of the agreement. At the $1,379,192 average, 1% would be $13,792* a year.
Local advertising must be the greater of 7% of monthly gross revenues or $8,000 a month. The $8,000 minimum is $96,000* a year, and 7% exceeds it above $1,371,429* of annual revenue. A further $24,000 must be spent on grand opening advertising from 30 days before to 60 days after opening.
Royalty, national advertising and the software charges come to 5.37%* of revenue at the average, paid to the franchisor. The franchisee also buys local advertising at 7% of revenue. Separately, the franchisee buys its product from the franchisor’s affiliate or designated suppliers, and the franchisor reserves the right to profit from those sales.
A transfer costs $22,500 or 5% of the sale price, whichever is greater. Renewal costs 25% of the then-current initial franchise fee, with a minimum of $14,875.

The initial investment is $164,200 to $253,400, of which $83,400 to $111,800 is paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. The estimate is for one territory. The initial franchise fee falls per territory when several are bought at once: $99,500 for two, $134,500 for three, $164,500 for four and $194,500 for five, which is $38,900 each. Qualified veterans receive 25% off the fee for their first franchise.

The showroom must be 1,400 to 2,500 square feet in a retail setting, with 1,000 to 1,200 square feet of warehouse space, and Item 7 estimates showroom rent at $3,000 to $6,000 a month and warehouse rent at $1,000 to $3,000.
