  1. No franchised studio is open yet. The franchisor began offering franchises on the January 23, 2026 issue date. Every Item 19 figure comes from two studios owned by its affiliate Swet, LLC, about which the FDD says some trainers and instructors work at both.
  2. The two affiliate studios reported $1,828,108 of gross sales in 2025. That is an average of $914,054* a studio. The studios report on one set of accounts, so the FDD does not give each studio’s 2025 sales, and Valparaiso was open from February.
  3. Crown Point’s monthly revenue rose from $40,263 in January 2024 to $83,855 in December 2024. The studio opened in April 2023 and took in $36,345 in December 2023. In January 2025, still the one studio, it took in $93,718.
  4. The local advertising minimum is $30,000* a year. Item 6 sets it at the greater of 3% of Gross Sales or $2,500 a month. Item 19 imputes 3%, which for Crown Point in 2024 is $22,607, or $7,393* less than the minimum.
  5. Payroll was 27.9%* of 2025 gross sales and rent was 4.4%*. Payroll including tax was $510,028 and rent, including common area charges, was $80,767. Merchant and bank fees were $77,068, or 4.2%*.

How Averan works with Vibe House Pilates franchise owners

Everything above came out of a filing. Doing it on your own numbers means the books have to produce the same lines: sales, wages, occupancy, fees and what is left, by location, every month. That is the work.

  1. The call takes thirty minutesYou describe the business and where the numbers are letting you down. We give you an expert view of your situation, and what we would start with. There is no pitch deck.
  2. We look at the fileYou give us read access to the books as they are. We come back with what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether the answer is bookkeeping, controller work, or something else.
  3. We send a written scope and a priceIt lists what we do each month, what you get, the date it lands and the fee. We agree it before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree.
  4. We take over the books and close the first monthWe set up access and systems and enter the opening balances. The first close lands on the date in the scope, and every one after it does too.
