Oxygen Yoga & Fitness franchise at a glance

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness’ 2026 FDD, issued 20 April 2026, makes no financial performance representation in Item 19, so it gives no sales or profit figure. An Oxygen Yoga & Fitness facility costs $386,250 to $740,750 to open, and $52,000 to $53,000 of that is paid to the franchisor or its affiliate.

  • Oxygen Yoga & Fitness charges a royalty of 8.5% of monthly Gross Revenues or $1,800, whichever is greater, which sets a minimum of $21,600 a year*.
  • Oxygen Yoga & Fitness requires the owner to spend 2% of Gross Revenues or $1,800 a month, whichever is greater, on local marketing from the 7th month of the term.
  • Oxygen Yoga & Fitness had 10 franchised facilities in the United States at the end of 2025, up from 2 a year earlier, and no company-owned facilities.
  • Oxygen Yoga & Fitness reports 9 franchise agreements signed but not opened at December 31, 2025, and projects 19 franchised openings in the new fiscal year.
  • An Oxygen Yoga & Fitness franchise term is 5 years, with up to 3 successor terms of 5 years each.

These figures come from Oxygen Yoga & Fitness's 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document, as the brand reported them, and were read by Averan Advisors. The $21,600 yearly royalty minimum is an Averan calculation ($1,800 x 12).

  1. The royalty minimum applies below $254,118 of annual sales*. The royalty is 8.5% of monthly Gross Revenues or $1,800, whichever is greater. A facility pays $1,800 a month until monthly sales reach about $21,176*.
  2. The local advertising minimum applies below $1,080,000 of annual sales*. From the 7th month of the term the owner must spend 2% of Gross Revenues or $1,800 a month, whichever is greater, on local marketing. This money is spent by the owner on approved marketing and is not paid to the franchisor.
  3. The FDD gives no revenue figure for any facility. Item 19 states that the franchisor does not make any representations about future or past financial performance. A buyer of an existing facility may receive that facility’s records.
  4. Leasehold improvements are the largest line in Item 7. They are estimated at $250,000 to $500,000, which is 64.7% of the low total and 67.5% of the high total*. The estimate excludes any tenant improvement allowance from the landlord.
  5. The franchisor reported $190,873 of royalties and a net loss of $33,604 in 2025. These figures come from the audited statements of OYF US Inc. in Item 21. A state risk notice in the FDD says the franchisor is undercapitalized and may not be able to meet preopening obligations to all franchisees.

Run your own numbers.

The Franchise Numbers Check runs the same checks on your own numbers. It scores where you stand and compares you with Item 19 of your brand’s FDD. It works out what one location earns and spends, and builds a 13-week cash forecast. It also checks whether you are ready to open another one. It is free and it runs in your browser.

Where these figures come from

Every figure here comes from OYF US Inc.’s 2026 FDD and is unaudited by us. We are unaffiliated with the brand. Calculations of our own are labeled where they appear. The figures describe past performance at other businesses and are not a projection of yours. This page is an educational summary. It is not an offer to sell a franchise, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is a trademark of its owner. How Averan reads a Franchise Disclosure Document.

How Averan works with Oxygen Yoga & Fitness franchise owners

Everything above came out of a filing. Doing it on your own numbers means the books have to produce the same lines: sales, wages, occupancy, fees and what is left, by location, every month. That is the work.

  1. The call takes thirty minutesYou describe the business and where the numbers are letting you down. We give you an expert view of your situation, and what we would start with. There is no pitch deck.
  2. We look at the fileYou give us read access to the books as they are. We come back with what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether the answer is bookkeeping, controller work, or something else.
  3. We send a written scope and a priceIt lists what we do each month, what you get, the date it lands and the fee. We agree it before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree.
  4. We take over the books and close the first monthWe set up access and systems and enter the opening balances. The first close lands on the date in the scope, and every one after it does too.
