  1. Insurance paid 67.9%* of top-third revenue and 2.6%* of bottom-third revenue in 2025. At Location 1, the highest-revenue business, insurance paid $609,085.50 of $709,055.99, or 85.9%*. Three of the nine businesses show no insurance revenue, and those three averaged $94,209* of revenue.
  2. Revenue after contract labor was 62.8%* to 66.7%* of sales across the three thirds. Top-third businesses averaged $484,101.77 of revenue and bottom-third businesses $46,533.33, a ratio of 10.4 to 1*. At single businesses, contract labor ran from 12.2%* of revenue at Location 5 to 55.0%* at Location 6.
  3. The 7% royalty exceeds its $1,000 monthly minimum at $171,429* of territory revenue a year. The average territory reported $132,646.95 and the median $129,000, both below that level. From month 31, the royalty minimum, technology fee and local marketing minimum come to $24,000* a year for each territory.
  4. The minimums are charged for each protected territory. Location 2 holds four territories and reported $402,336.56. If its revenue were split evenly and each territory paid the month-31 minimums, its royalty, fees and local marketing would be about $104,047*, or 25.9%* of revenue. Location 3, on one territory with $340,912.75, would owe about $42,682*, or 12.5%*.
  5. Territories went from 21 to 28 in 2025, and franchisees from 11 to 20. Eleven territories opened in 2025 and four were not renewed. Item 20 reports no terminations in 2023 to 2025 and one non-renewal in each of 2023 and 2024.

How Averan works with Live 2 B Healthy franchise owners

Everything above came out of a filing. Doing it on your own numbers means the books have to produce the same lines: sales, wages, occupancy, fees and what is left, by location, every month. That is the work.

  1. The call takes thirty minutesYou describe the business and where the numbers are letting you down. We give you an expert view of your situation, and what we would start with. There is no pitch deck.
  2. We look at the fileYou give us read access to the books as they are. We come back with what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether the answer is bookkeeping, controller work, or something else.
  3. We send a written scope and a priceIt lists what we do each month, what you get, the date it lands and the fee. We agree it before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree.
  4. We take over the books and close the first monthWe set up access and systems and enter the opening balances. The first close lands on the date in the scope, and every one after it does too.
