Regal Nails Salon & Spa franchise at a glance

Regal Nails Salon & Spa’s 2026 FDD, issued 30 March 2026, makes no financial performance representation in Item 19, so it gives no sales or profit figure. A Regal Nails Salon & Spa franchise costs $172,722 to $721,866 to open, of which $156,500 to $664,466 is paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.

  • A Regal Nails Salon & Spa franchisee buys a Snow White Package, a built and stocked salon, listed at $150,000 to $300,000 for 2026 grand openings depending on format and area, with add-ons of up to $245,000*.
  • Regal Nails Salon & Spa charges no royalty; the recurring charge is a Monthly Fee of $500 to $15,000, which includes base rent and rental tax where the franchisor is party tenant to the lease.
  • Regal Nails Salon & Spa credits the $25,000 initial franchise fee and the $45,000 confirmation fee, $70,000* in all, against the price of the Snow White Package.
  • Regal Nails Salon & Spa had 513 franchised salons and 1 company-owned salon at December 31, 2025, against 584 franchised salons at the start of 2023.
  • Regal Nails Salon & Spa franchised salons recorded 4 openings and 75 departures* in 2023 to 2025, and 57 of the departures were non-renewals.
  • Regal Nails Salon & Spa franchised salons changed owners 153 times* in 2023 to 2025, at a transfer fee of $1,000.

These figures come from Regal Nails Salon & Spa's 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document, as the brand reported them, and were read by Averan Advisors. The $245,000 of add-ons (sum of the five Item 5 add-on maximums), the $70,000 of credits (25,000 + 45,000), the 75 departures (7 terminations + 57 non-renewals + 11 ceased operations) and the 153 transfers (53 + 45 + 55) are Averan calculations.

  1. Item 19 contains no financial performance representation. The franchisor states that it does not make representations about a franchisee’s future financial performance or the past performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. A buyer of an existing salon may be given that salon’s actual records.
  2. Between 90.6% and 92.0%* of the Item 7 estimate is paid to the franchisor or its affiliates. The cover page puts that amount at $156,500 to $664,466 of a $172,722 to $721,866 total. Most of it is the Snow White Package, a salon built, furnished, signed, equipped with an autoclave, stocked with opening inventory and tested by the franchisor.
  3. The Snow White Package price is set by format and area, not by square footage. Item 5 prints one price for each of four formats across its size columns from 0 to 1,200 square feet: $150,000 and $200,000 in a Walmart, $250,000 and $300,000 elsewhere. At $150,000 that is $375 a square foot at 400 square feet and $125 at 1,200*. The franchisor recommends at least 800 square feet and may refuse a smaller site.
  4. There is no royalty: the Monthly Fee is a fixed dollar amount of $500 to $15,000. That is $6,000 to $180,000 a year*. Item 6 says the low end applies where the franchisor is not party tenant to the lease, and the high end where it is, in which case the fee includes base rent and rental tax. Item 7 says the Monthly Fee is written into the Franchise Agreement before signing.
  5. Of 75 franchised salons that left the system in 2023 to 2025, 57 were non-renewals. The others were 7 terminations and 11 that ceased operations for other reasons*. Item 17 says the term ends with the lease where the franchisor is party tenant, no initial term may exceed 5 years, and there is no automatic right to renew.

How Averan works with Regal Nails Salon & Spa franchise owners

Everything above came out of a filing. Doing it on your own numbers means the books have to produce the same lines: sales, wages, occupancy, fees and what is left, by location, every month. That is the work.

  1. The call takes thirty minutesYou describe the business and where the numbers are letting you down. We give you an expert view of your situation, and what we would start with. There is no pitch deck.
  2. We look at the fileYou give us read access to the books as they are. We come back with what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether the answer is bookkeeping, controller work, or something else.
  3. We send a written scope and a priceIt lists what we do each month, what you get, the date it lands and the fee. We agree it before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree.
  4. We take over the books and close the first monthWe set up access and systems and enter the opening balances. The first close lands on the date in the scope, and every one after it does too.
