P3 Recovery franchisees run recovery centers that sell cold immersion, contrast water therapy, compression, sauna, red light therapy and breathwork, with hyperbaric oxygen and IV therapy provided through a licensed Authorized Care Provider.
P3 Recovery franchise at a glance
P3 Recovery’s 2026 FDD, issued 9 March 2026, makes no financial performance representation in Item 19, so it gives no sales or profit figure. A P3 Recovery franchise costs $731,022 to $1,360,022 to open, including the $65,000 initial franchise fee. P3 Recovery charges a royalty of 8% of weekly gross revenues for the first 12 months and 10% after that.
- P3 Recovery sets a minimum royalty of $5,000 a month from the 13th month after opening, which is $60,000 a year*.
- P3 Recovery requires local advertising of at least $2,000 a month from the second month, which is $24,000 a year*.
- P3 Recovery had no franchised or company-owned locations in the United States at the end of 2023, 2024 or 2025.
- P3 Recovery projects one franchised opening in Florida in the new fiscal year, and an affiliate has 15 centers operating in Australia.
- P3 Recovery franchisees run a recovery center of about 2,700 to 5,500 square feet offering cold immersion, contrast water therapy, compression, sauna, red light therapy and breathwork, with hyperbaric oxygen and IV therapy provided through a licensed Authorized Care Provider.
- The franchisor, P3 Recovery USA LLC, is offering franchises for the first time with this 2026 FDD.
These figures come from P3 Recovery's 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document, as the brand reported them, and were read by Averan Advisors. The $60,000 and $24,000 annual figures are Averan calculations: the monthly minimums times 12.

Talk to Averan → Averan P3 Recovery Conversion Package →- The royalty rises from 8% to 10% of weekly gross revenues after the first 12 months. A minimum royalty of $5,000 a month begins in the same month, the 13th month after opening. That is $60,000 a year*.
- The $5,000 monthly minimum is higher than 10% of sales until a center takes in $50,000* a month. On an annual basis the minimum applies until gross revenues pass $600,000*. Below that level the royalty is a fixed $5,000 a month from month 13.
- Leasehold improvements and equipment are $500,000* to $1,000,000* of the Item 7 estimate. That is 68.4%* of the low total and 73.5%* of the high total. Item 7 states that the leasehold estimate excludes any tenant improvement allowance from the landlord.
- P3 Recovery had no U.S. locations at the end of 2023, 2024 or 2025. Item 20 projects one franchised opening in Florida in the new fiscal year, with no agreements signed but not yet opened. Item 1 states that an affiliate, P3 Global Australia, has 15 P3 Recovery Centers operating in Australia.
- Professional fees for hyperbaric oxygen and IV therapy are outside the royalty base. Item 6 excludes from Gross Revenues the professional fees the franchisee bills and collects for Specialty Services on behalf of the Authorized Care Provider, as that provider’s agent of payee.
Revenue
What the P3 Recovery FDD discloses about revenue
The 2026 P3 Recovery FDD makes no financial performance representation. Item 19 states that the franchisor makes no representations about a franchisee’s future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets. There is no average, median or profit figure to report.
The franchisor has no U.S. operating history. P3 Recovery USA LLC was formed in Delaware on August 19, 2025, and this FDD is its first franchise offering. Item 21 includes an audited opening balance sheet as of December 31, 2025, and states that the franchisor has not been in business for three years.
An affiliate operates in Australia. Item 1 states that P3 Global Australia has operated, and franchised, P3 Recovery Centers in Australia since October 1, 2022, and that 15 centers were operating there at the FDD date. The FDD reports no revenue or cost figures for those centers.
Clients buy single services or a monthly membership. Item 1 describes a multi-tier membership that gives members a set number of services each month, usable at any P3 Recovery Center in the system. Specialty Services are subject to the clinical decision of an Authorized Care Provider.
Royalty by revenue
Royalty and local advertising at three revenue levels
| Annual gross revenues | Year one | Share of revenue | Year two | Share of revenue |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $300,000* | $46,000* | 15.33%* | $84,000* | 28.00%* |
| $600,000* | $70,000* | 11.67%* | $84,000* | 14.00%* |
| $1,000,000* | $102,000* | 10.20%* | $124,000* | 12.40%* |
Averan calculations. The revenue levels are examples for the arithmetic, not FDD figures. Year one is 8% of revenue plus 11 months of local advertising at $2,000; year two is the greater of 10% of revenue or $60,000, plus 12 months at $2,000. The technology fee, up to 1% and not currently charged, is excluded.
The royalty rate and the minimum royalty both change in the 13th month after opening. At the same revenue, the royalty plus local advertising rises from $46,000* to $84,000* at $300,000 of revenue, and from $70,000* to $84,000* at $600,000.
Between $300,000* and $600,000* of annual revenue, the royalty in year two stays at $60,000*. Above $600,000*, the 10% rate is higher than the minimum and the royalty rises with revenue.
Local advertising is money the franchisee spends, not a fee paid to the franchisor. Item 6 requires at least $2,000 a month on local marketing from the second month of the term. Contributions to a cooperative advertising program, up to 2% of gross revenues, count toward that minimum. No cooperative exists yet.
The franchisor may debit 120% of the last royalty if it cannot determine gross revenues for a period. Item 6 note 2 states that any excess is credited the following week, less a 2% administrative fee on the excess.
Performance standards
Minimum performance standards and territory
| Standard | Deadline |
|---|---|
| 350 clients on memberships | 6 months after opening |
| 20 gym or fitness center partners | 12 months after opening |
| 10 corporate partnerships | 12 months after opening |
Source: P3 Recovery 2026 FDD, Item 12. The FDD states these as deadlines after commencement of operations.
Item 19 gives no results by location, so the FDD has no spread of results to show. The operating targets it does print are the Minimum Performance Standards in Item 12.
Missing a standard can lead to a remedy plan and a smaller territory. Item 12 states that the franchisor may require extra training or a written remedy plan, and that failing the remedy plan is a material breach that allows it to reduce the size of the territory.
The territory is an area with an estimated population of 70,000. The count includes residents and weekday or daytime business population. The franchisor may reduce or change the boundaries on notice as long as the area still holds 70,000 people. At a Non-Traditional Site, such as a mall, hotel, campus or hospital, the territory is the site itself.
Relocation is allowed on loss of the premises. Item 12 permits it if the lease ends without the franchisee’s fault or the site becomes unusable, and the center must reopen at a substitute site within 180 days.

| Additional training | $500 per person a day, up to $700, plus trainer per diem and travel | As incurred |

| Renewal | 50% of the then-current franchise fee ($32,500 today*) | On signing the successor agreement |
| Management fee | Out-of-pocket costs plus $500 a day | If the franchisor manages the center |
| Interest on overdue amounts | 4% above the prime rate | On overdue amounts |
Source: P3 Recovery 2026 FDD, Item 6. Averan does not show a total fee as a share of sales because the FDD gives no average revenue to divide by.
There is no system brand fund. Item 6 lists local advertising and a possible cooperative program, and no national advertising fund contribution.
Gross Revenues excludes professional fees for Specialty Services. Fees billed and collected for hyperbaric oxygen and IV therapy on behalf of the Authorized Care Provider are outside the royalty base. Business interruption insurance proceeds are inside it.
Early termination by the franchisee triggers Brand Damages. Item 6 note 7 defines these to include lost royalties, lost technology fees and lost profits for the balance of the term.

Source: P3 Recovery 2026 FDD, Item 7. The leasehold estimate excludes any tenant improvement allowance. Under the Development Agreement Rider the total is $763,522 to $1,392,522, including a $97,500 development fee for a two-center commitment.
The $65,000 initial franchise fee is 8.9%* of the low total and 4.8%* of the high total. Leasehold improvements and equipment together are $500,000* to $1,000,000*.
Additional funds cover three months. The $20,000 to $40,000 estimate is $6,667* to $13,333* a month and includes employee payroll, initial marketing, bookkeeping and utilities, but no draw or salary for the owner.
A development agreement requires at least two centers. The development fee is the first center’s $65,000 plus a $32,500 deposit for each additional center, with the remaining $32,500 due when that center’s franchise agreement is signed. The development fee is not refundable.
Item 11 estimates 120 to 365 days from signing to opening. The center must open within 365 days of the effective date. Initial training is about 355 hours for the owner, a Lead Nurse and a General Manager.
