Source: One You Love Homecare 2026 FDD as amended September 16, 2026, Item 19 Part II. Cents dropped. The FDD prints Location 6 in both tables: its 2022 to 2024 sales in the part-time table and its 2025 sales in the full-time table. Six franchised locations in 11 territories that opened during 2025 are excluded by the franchisor.
The six full-time locations averaged $1,380,669* in 2025. Their figures run from $1,019,743 to $1,716,016, and the median is $1,423,572*. Three of the six reported more than the average.
The three part-time locations with a 2025 figure averaged $180,721*. The amended FDD defines a full-time franchisee as one whose principal owner gives the business substantially all of their working time, generally at least 35 hours a week on average, and a part-time franchisee as one whose principal owner is still working a full-time job. Each of the three has one territory; full-time locations have one or two. The same note says Item 15 requires prospective franchisees to give the business their full-time attention.
Item 19 gives gross sales only for franchised locations. It gives no franchised costs, wages or profit. The cost figures in Item 19 come from the one affiliate-owned location (see the next section).
The figures were reported to the franchisor by the locations. Item 19 says written substantiation is available on reasonable request. At December 31, 2025 the franchisor had 16 franchisees operating in 24 territories.

| 2022 | $3,293,970 | 65.3% | 34.7% | 28.3% |

Source: One You Love Homecare 2026 FDD as amended September 16, 2026, Item 19 Part I. Percentages are of gross sales. The last column is gross margin less the estimated royalty (at 5%), Brand Development Fee, Technology Fee and Local Advertising Requirement.
Direct Cost of Caregiver Labor was $3,289,627 in 2025, 70% of gross sales. The FDD defines it as the amount paid to caregivers to generate the sales; it excludes the office administrator and any other staff. Gross margin is gross sales less that cost.
The caregiver labor share rose each year from 2021 to 2025. Sales rose 57.2%* from 2021 to 2024 and fell 10.2%* from 2024 to 2025, while the labor share went from 65% to 67% and then to 70%.
The fee lines in this table are estimates. The affiliate-owned location is not a franchise. The FDD applies a 5% royalty, 1% fund, $150 monthly Technology Fee and $1,000 monthly Local Advertising Requirement to its sales, and says the advertising amount was not spent by the location. The amended FDD’s Part I notes still describe the 5% as the royalty under the current form of Franchise Agreement, while Item 6 of the same FDD sets the royalty at 6% of Gross Sales. The table is not a full list of the location’s costs, so the 24% for 2025 is not a profit figure.
The affiliate-owned location has operated since September 2016. It traded as Parents First Homecare until January 2019, and its territory has about 35,000 people over the age of 65.

Source: Item 19 Part II. Averages are Averan calculations. All six full-time locations are included. The part-time table has four rows; Location 6 has no 2025 figure there because its 2025 sales are in the full-time table.
The full-time average is 7.64 times* the part-time average. The two ranges do not overlap: the lowest full-time figure, $1,019,743, is 4.32 times* the highest part-time figure, $236,057. Full-time locations also hold more territories on average, and the FDD does not separate the effect of hours from the effect of territory count.
Location 6 is the one location listed in both tables. As a part-time location it reported $500,879, $568,647 and $473,570 for 2022 to 2024; in its first full-time year it reported $1,486,920, an increase of $1,013,350*. Both tables list it with two territories and give no date for a second territory, as the FDD does for Locations 3, 4 and 5.
Locations that opened earlier report higher sales in later years. Location 2 opened in January 2022 and reported $339,213, $719,146, $1,226,967 and $1,644,422 in its first four calendar years. Location 9 opened in October 2023 and reported $6,129, $156,480 and $194,168.
The Minimum Performance Level is $10,000 of Gross Sales per territory per month after the first year. That is $120,000* a year for a one-territory location. If a franchisee falls short in any two-month period, the franchisor can require additional training at $500 per person. Location 8 reported $111,937 for 2025.

| Paid to the franchisor | $98,446*, 7.13%* of sales | |
| Local Advertising Requirement (spent by the franchisee) | At least $1,000 a month | $12,000 |
| All of the above | $110,446*, 8.00%* of sales |
Source: Item 6. Dollar figures at the average and the percentages are Averan calculations. Other fees apply only when incurred: transfer $10,000; renewal $25,000 in the Item 6 table (Note 6 to Item 6 still says $12,500); conference $1,000 a person; training $500 a person.
The royalty has a minimum that rises with time in the system. Starting at the earlier of licensing or 10 months after signing, the minimum is $250 per biweekly period; $500 in months 13 through 24; $750 in months 25 through 36; $1,125 in months 37 through 48; $1,625 in months 49 through 60; and $1,875 from month 61 to the end of the term.
From month 61 the minimum royalty comes to $45,000 to $48,750 a year*. The lower figure counts 24 billing dates a year (the FDD bills on the 1st and 15th of each month) and the higher one 26 biweekly periods. At 6%, a location pays the minimum in place of the percentage when its sales are below $750,000 to $812,500* a year. All three part-time locations reported 2025 sales below that level; the FDD does not say which form of agreement each one signed.
The fixed charges are $13,800* a year. That is the $150 monthly Technology Fee and the $1,000 monthly Local Advertising Requirement. At the highest part-time figure, $236,057, they equal 5.85%* of sales.
The royalty and fund are collected every other week by ACH. Sales reported for the 1st to 15th of a month are billed on the 1st of the next month, and sales for the 16th to month-end on the 15th. The franchisor may raise the Brand Development Fund to 2% of Gross Sales.

Source: Item 7 of the FDD as amended September 16, 2026.
The initial franchise fee is $70,000 for a territory of up to 60,000 people over 65. The amended FDD sets one fee, with no increase for larger territories and no discount on a second business. Honorably discharged veterans receive $5,000 off the base fee.
The fee is 60.4%* of the low estimate. The cover page says $70,300 to $71,350 of the total is paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. The Technology Fee starts at signing, and Item 5 estimates $300 to $1,350 of it before opening, based on two to nine months to open.
A three-business development agreement costs $225,900 to $291,300. That includes a development fee of $180,000 and $45,900 to $111,300 to open the first business. The development fee is $130,000 for two businesses and $60,000 for each business after the third, and the minimum commitment is two businesses.
The business starts from a home office and moves to shared commercial office space. The franchisee must lease 500 to 800 square feet within 30 days of receiving its license, or of signing where no license is required.

Franchised outlets went from 14 to 24 during 2025. Six of the 11 openings were in Texas and two each in Florida and New Jersey. Item 20 counts each territory as one outlet with its own Franchise Agreement, so its 24 franchised outlets match the 24 territories that Item 19 says 16 franchisees operated at December 31, 2025.
Four outlets ceased operations in 2024 and one in 2025. The 2024 closures were two in Illinois, one in New Jersey and one in Texas; the 2025 closure was in Georgia. No outlet was terminated, not renewed or reacquired in 2023 to 2025.
Item 20 lists 32 franchise agreements signed but not opened. The franchisor projects 25 new franchised outlets in the next fiscal year and no new affiliate-owned ones.
