Global Recruiters Network franchise at a glance

Global Recruiters Network’s 2026 FDD, issued 25 April 2026, makes no financial performance representation in Item 19, so it gives no sales or profit figure. A Global Recruiters Network franchise costs $32,600 to $44,700 to open, not including real property, and the brand expects it to run from a private dwelling.

  • A Global Recruiters Network franchise pays a royalty on Net Receipts of 10% up to $500,000 of Gross Receipts, 8% to $1,000,000, 6% to $1,500,000 and 4% above, each rate applying to the receipts within its tier.
  • A Global Recruiters Network franchise also pays a GRN Bundle Fee of $3,000 a month, $36,000* a year, which the brand may increase by up to 5% each year.
  • A Global Recruiters Network franchise pays a $10,000 deposit up front; the other $10,000 of the $20,000 initial fee is due in two $5,000 installments after the first two paid placements, starting 13 months after signing.
  • Global Recruiters Network offices went from 187 at the start of 2023 to 159 at the end of 2025, with 25* openings and 53* terminations over the three years.
  • A Global Recruiters Network franchise has no exclusive or protected territory, and every office may place candidates and solicit clients anywhere.

These figures come from Global Recruiters Network's 2026 Franchise Disclosure Document, as the brand reported them, and were read by Averan Advisors. $36,000 a year (12 x $3,000 Bundle Fee); 25 openings (12 + 8 + 5) and 53 terminations (19 + 7 + 27) summed from Item 20.

  1. Item 19 contains no financial performance representation. The FDD gives no average, median or range of revenue for franchised offices. The franchisor operates no offices of its own.
  2. The royalty rate falls from 10% to 4% as Gross Receipts rise, and each rate applies only to the receipts within its tier. Receipts are reset to $0 each calendar year. If Net Receipts equal Gross Receipts, the royalty is $50,000* at $500,000, $90,000* at $1,000,000 and $120,000* at $1,500,000.
  3. The GRN Bundle Fee is $3,000 a month and may rise by up to 5% each year. That is $36,000* a year. It covers the CAPSX Software license, client billing and collections, field support, the office web site, and accounting and tax support from the affiliate YGI. Franchisees on the current agreement pay no advertising fund contribution.
  4. Half of the $20,000 initial franchise fee is deferred. A $10,000 deposit is paid with the Reservation Letter. The $10,000 balance is due in two $5,000 installments, each five business days after payment from the first and second permanent placements, beginning 13 months after signing.
  5. Offices fell from 187 to 159 between the start of 2023 and the end of 2025. There were 25* openings and 53* terminations over the three years, 27 of the terminations in 2025. Item 20 records no transfers to new owners in any of the three years.

How Averan works with Global Recruiters Network franchise owners

Everything above came out of a filing. Doing it on your own numbers means the books have to produce the same lines: sales, wages, occupancy, fees and what is left, by location, every month. That is the work.

  1. The call takes thirty minutesYou describe the business and where the numbers are letting you down. We give you an expert view of your situation, and what we would start with. There is no pitch deck.
  2. We look at the fileYou give us read access to the books as they are. We come back with what is wrong, what it will take to fix, and whether the answer is bookkeeping, controller work, or something else.
  3. We send a written scope and a priceIt lists what we do each month, what you get, the date it lands and the fee. We agree it before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree.
  4. We take over the books and close the first monthWe set up access and systems and enter the opening balances. The first close lands on the date in the scope, and every one after it does too.
