Talk to Averan → Averan ARCpoint Labs Conversion Package →- Every Item 19 figure is gross sales minus clinical program sales. The FDD says new ARCpoint Labs businesses have not taken part in clinical programs since August 2024, so the table removes those sales from all 83 businesses.
- The top 20% averaged $620,396 and the bottom 20% averaged $65,879. That is 9.42 times*. The middle 60%, 50 businesses, averaged $210,795 with a median of $200,218.

Counts as printed in Item 19. The total and average weight each segment’s printed average by its number of businesses and are marked *.
The 83 franchised businesses open 12 months or more averaged $266,754 of gross sales minus clinical program sales in 2025*. The FDD prints an average for each of three segments, not for all 83. Averan weighted the segment averages by their counts to get the figure for the group.
Clinical program sales are taken out of every figure. The FDD says new ARCpoint Labs businesses have not taken part in clinical programs, which include clinical and COVID-related services sold directly to consumers, since August 2024. Businesses open longer may have had clinical program sales on top of the figures shown.
Item 19 reports sales and nothing below the sales line. It gives no costs, wages or profit. The figures come from unaudited franchisee reports.
The counts in Item 19 do not reconcile. 118 businesses open at year end less the 13 that opened in 2025 leaves 105*. The table covers 83, and the FDD does not say why the other 22 are left out. The 22 businesses that closed in 2025 are not in the 118.

Royalty is 7% of gross revenue with a $350 monthly minimum; local advertising is the greater of 3% of gross sales or $9,000 a year; technology is $450 a month and SOCI $300 a year. The physician processing fee is left out because it depends on test volume. Calculated columns are marked *.
Below $300,000 of gross sales the local advertising requirement is a fixed $9,000 a year*. The middle and bottom segment averages are both below that point, so the share of sales taken by charges rises as sales fall.
The 7% royalty passes its $350 monthly minimum at $60,000 of gross revenue a year*. All three segment averages are above that point. The lowest reported business, at $1,926, would pay the minimum.
Local advertising is money the owner spends, not a fee paid to the franchisor. Any shortfall against the requirement is payable to the franchisor and goes into the National Marketing Fund.

The FDD estimates $165,700 to $310,420 to open one ARCpoint Labs business, of which $62,000 is paid to the franchisor. The $62,000 is the $54,500 franchise fee and the $7,500 training fee.
Additional funds of $54,000 to $72,000 cover the first six months of lab operations. The FDD says they include rent and deposits, payroll, local advertising and fees paid to the franchisor, and no draw or salary for the owner.
Onsite and online operations must start within 60 days of signing, and the FDD estimates 30 to 59 days. Lab operations usually open four to twelve months after signing, and failure to open within 270 days may lead to termination.
A territory is generally about 10,000 businesses and is not exclusive. Under a Multi-Franchise Addendum, each additional territory without a lab must reach $150,000 of annual gross revenue from onsite and online operations from 24 months after the first lab opens, rising 5% a year from month 36.
Under a Multi-Franchise Addendum for two to five businesses, the FDD estimates $215,200 to $483,420. That covers the first business and the additional franchise fees, and not the cost of building the other businesses.

How much does it cost to open an ARCpoint Labs franchise?
The 2026 FDD estimates $165,700 to $310,420, including $62,000 paid to the franchisor for the franchise and training fees. The largest line is $54,000 to $72,000 of additional funds for the first six months of lab operations. A vehicle is not included.
