Intuit Enterprise Suite vs NetSuite
By Scott Engler · Averan Advisors · Updated 3 October 2026
NetSuite is Oracle's cloud ERP. It covers accounting, inventory, orders and customer records, and it is sold by quote. Intuit Enterprise Suite covers accounting, payroll, payments, time and project costing on the QuickBooks Online platform. Both hold several companies in one account and produce combined reports.

The price gap
At the two estimates above, NetSuite's starting cost is about $17,000 to $22,000 a year higher than IES for one entity. Setup is quoted separately for both. Intuit says a migration to IES takes days. A NetSuite project is scoped by the partner that runs it.
What decides it
A company that ships physical products, manages a warehouse or takes orders through several channels uses tools that NetSuite has and IES lacks. A company that sells services, runs projects or owns several entities with little inventory uses the tools both systems share, at the IES price. Companies leaving Dynamics GP compare these two often, and the Dynamics GP to IES guide covers that move.
Common questions
