Intuit Enterprise Suite vs Sage Intacct
By Scott Engler · Averan Advisors · Updated 3 October 2026
Sage Intacct is a cloud accounting system from Sage, sold by quote through Sage and its partners. It is built around dimensions and combined reporting for several entities. Intuit Enterprise Suite does the same jobs on the QuickBooks Online platform, with payroll and payments from Intuit in the same system.
Side by side
| Sage Intacct | Intuit Enterprise Suite | |
|---|---|---|
| Maker | Sage | Intuit |
| Price | Quoted by Sage or a partner | Quoted. About $7,800 to $8,000 a year for one entity (ERP Research estimate) |
| Screens | Its own interface | The QuickBooks Online interface |
| Several companies and combined reports | Yes | Yes |
| Dimensions | Yes, as the core of its reporting | Up to 20 |
| Setup | Through Sage or a Sage partner | Intuit's implementation team |
What decides it
A team that already works in QuickBooks Online keeps the same screens in IES. Intuit compares the two on its own site, and Sage publishes its own comparisons. Ask both for a quote on the same number of entities, users and dimensions so the prices line up.
Common questions
Does Sage publish Intacct prices?
No. Sage and its partners quote each company.
Does Intuit Enterprise Suite use dimensions like Sage Intacct?
Yes. Intuit says IES reports can use up to 20 dimensions.
