The calculator
What the numbers include
- QuickBooks Online Advanced covers one company per subscription, so the cost is the monthly price times 12 times the number of entities.
- Owners who combine several QuickBooks Online companies often pay for an outside app to do it. Enter that cost to compare like with like.
- Intuit does not publish IES prices. Without a quote, the calculator uses ERP Research's July 2026 estimates of about $7,800 to $8,000 a year for one entity and $12,000 to $15,000 a year for several.
- The ProAdvisor discount applies to the IES contract value at signing. It does not apply to users, entities or add-ons added later.
- Neither figure includes payroll, payments or setup. Intuit includes the migration for QuickBooks Desktop customers.
What the IES price buys
IES records transactions between your companies once and produces consolidated statements with those amounts removed. QuickBooks Online Advanced has no consolidation, so the companies are combined outside it. The IES and QuickBooks Online Advanced comparison lists the other differences.
