Questions from Window World owners
Does Averan Advisors work with Window World owners?
Averan Advisors sets up and keeps the books for Window World owners, and the Averan franchise library has a breakdown of Window World’s 2026 FDD with its fees, cost to open and Item 19 figures.
How does the Window World royalty show up in the books?
The Window World royalty is $0.10 to $75 an option or unit, or up to 12% of product cost, collected by the vendor inside the product price, according to Window World’s 2026 FDD. The vendor includes the royalty in the product price, so we record it inside the cost of each product purchase and check the product invoices against your agreement.
What happens after my Window World location opens?
Your Window World books move to the Monthly Close, which closes each month and sends a profit and loss, a balance sheet and the royalty reconciliation. The QuickBooks file stays yours.
